1 – IT Helpdesk Operator & Admin Roles

  1. Response to incident and request from end-users via Phone call, email, SNOW ticket.
  2. Troubleshoot, investigate, provide solution and information to end-user
  3. Collet Sufficient and accurate information before escalate to other team/person.
  4. Manage and follow-up ticket assigned to VN IT Team to ensure SLA
  5. Manage IT knowledge base (Add, update, delete)
  6. Follow INDG working procedure/process to response to Incident/Request/Change
  7. Manage Sending of IT Announcement
  8. Coordinate with related person to update IT Inventory
  9. Activate Additional Software license and alert to end-users
  10. Raise PR/PO for each IT purchasing
  11. Follow up status of PR/PO to ensure hw/sw can be delivered and meet SLA
  12. Manage all IT contract to ensure it properly kept and secure
  13. Coordinate with vendor, and SCCCVN procurement to support contract negotiation

2 – IT Infra – Server /  Network Administrator Roles &  IT Security

a-      System / Server Admn Role

  1. Response to Incident/Request and provide solution as 2nd tier support
  2. Control, Manage and Create Change Request that align with INDG policy
  3. Configure and Investigate for Server and VM in OS up to Infra level
  4. Perform daily monitoring for Server HW and VM status
  5. Manage and Perform MS Security patches to ensure it up-to-date
  6. Ensure Antivirus engine is running properly for all Servers and Computers
  7. Ensure Backup system is running and operate success as policy defined
  8. Centralize manage Server Backup policy
  9. Provide support related to Telephony system
  10. Ensure Server HW and VM list is properly recorded in Inventory System
  11. Provision VM and install SCCC standard software
  12. Prepare Server Performance and Usage report, submit to IT manager

  1. Response to Incident/Request and provide solution as 2nd tier support
  2. Control, Manage and Create Change Request that align with INDG policy
  3. Manage, create, and modify security policy for Firewall, Proxy and Anti-Virus to ensure SCCC environment and Information is protected & secure
  4. Monitor activity on Firewall, Proxy and Anti-Virus and perform root cause analysis
  5. Identify abnormal activity and report violations to IT Manager
  6. Upgrade IT security system by implementing recommended firmware version.
  7. Prepare IT security monthly report and submit to IT Manager
